By using RightWhatsLeft.org, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover this umbrella site only. TrashAssassins.org and PickupArtists.org are separate sites and may have their own terms when accounts, payments, or events go live there.
What this site is
RightWhatsLeft.org is an informational front door for Right What's Left, Inc. It describes the organization and links to program sites. On this site (current draft):
- There are no user accounts
- There is no donate / checkout flow
- There are no live GPS, event registration, or member profiles
Program features live (or will live) on the program sites linked from here.
Eligibility and kids
This site may be viewed by the public. Features that collect personal information, take payment, or manage households are for adults on the adult program site when those features are live. We do not ask children for contact information on this umbrella site. Parents remain responsible for how minors use the web.
No tax-deductible claim (yet)
Right What's Left, Inc. has an Employer Identification Number and is a Florida not-for-profit. Do not treat gifts as tax-deductible based on this website until we publish a clear update after the federal tax-exempt determination letter is in hand. We do not solicit donations on this umbrella site in its current draft form.
Intellectual property
Site text, logos, and design elements are owned by Right What's Left, Inc. or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. You may share links to public pages.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no hacking, scraping that harms the service, uploading malware, impersonation, or illegal content. We may block access that threatens the site or other people.
Links to other sites
Links to TrashAssassins.org, PickupArtists.org, or third-party sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Using those sites is under their own terms and privacy notices.
Disclaimers
This site is provided as is for information. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Program descriptions may change. Field activities, when offered, will require separate waivers, safety rules, and (where applicable) insurance — those are not created by browsing this page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida and other applicable law, Right What's Left, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this informational site. Some limits may not apply where the law does not allow them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (on this site) explains what little we collect on the umbrella site and how we handle it. It is part of how we operate the site; read it together with these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated Terms for future visits. Material changes that affect accounts or payments (if we add them later) will be called out clearly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the case elsewhere, except where federal law controls. Courts in Florida have venue for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
