Plain English summary
RightWhatsLeft.org is the front door for Right What's Left. It explains who we are and points you to our program sites. On this umbrella site we minimize personal information. We do not ask kids for email, phone, or other contact details here. Program sites (TrashAssassins.org for youth; PickupArtists.org for adults) have their own notices when they collect more.
Who we are
Right What's Left, Inc. operates this website. We are based near Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
What this site collects
What we do not collect on this umbrella site (current draft)
- Kid email, kid phone, kid address, or kid school information
- Accounts, passwords, or sign-in with Google / Apple on this site
- Donations or payment card numbers on this site (there is no donate flow here yet)
- Chat, comments, or messaging between visitors
What we may collect
- Technical basics needed to run and secure the site — for example standard server logs, browser type, pages viewed, approximate region from internet address, and date/time of visits.
- Cookies or similar tech if we use them to keep the site working (session, security) or to understand traffic in a light-touch way. We do not use this umbrella site for behavioral advertising aimed at children.
- Messages you send us if/when an adult contact path (email or form) goes live — name, email, and whatever you choose to write. That path is for parents and other adults, not for kids to submit personal contact info.
If we add forms, analytics tools, or email signup later, we will update this page to match what the site actually does.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve this website
- Answer adult questions you send us
- Comply with law when required
We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site to build advertising profiles of children.
Sharing
We may use vendors who host, secure, or help run the site — they only get what they need for that job. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people from serious harm.
Program sites
Links from this site to TrashAssassins.org (youth) and PickupArtists.org (adults) leave this page. Those sites have (or will have) their own privacy practices. Youth progress and Parent PIN household features, when live, are described on those sites — not by collecting kid contact info on this umbrella site.
Florida and security notes
If we store personal information of Florida residents in a way that Florida’s information-protection and breach-notice rules cover, we will follow those duties (including notifying affected people and the state when the law requires it after a qualifying breach). We use reasonable safeguards for the kind of data we hold. No online system is perfect.
Your choices
- You can browse this site without creating an account.
- If we later offer an adult contact form, you can choose what to send.
- To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us as an adult, use the contact path on this site once it is live (or the contact listed in the site footer).
Children
This umbrella site is for the public, including families. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information from children on RightWhatsLeft.org. Parents who need youth-program features should use the adult / parent paths described on the program sites.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date at the top. For big changes after we start collecting more, we will also say so clearly on this site.
Contact
Adult contact path for privacy questions: coming soon on RightWhatsLeft.org (inbox not live on early drafts). Until then, use the contact method listed in the site footer when available.
Draft for build. Not legal advice. Have a Florida attorney review before relying on this for public launch or before collecting more data than described above.
